Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

The payment will be in 3 installments. 1st installment of ₹10,000 for date reservation and booking, the 2nd installment amount has to be paid on the day of reception & final ₹5,000 due upon album/video delivery.
** Failure to pay may result in Agreement termination.

The booking amount is non-refundable in case client cancels before the wedding.
90 days Prior intimation is necessary through writing, email, or WhatsApp to utilise the deposite amount in any future event.
In case of changes in dates or event a new contract will be done and the pricing will match the new date's rates.

If the photographer or any team member can't fulfill their duties due to any genuine / emergency reasons the money excluding expenses will be refunded, and the photographer won't be held responsible for any further issues.

Client need to provide a storage drive / harddisk (preferable) on the 1st day of event to store the photos to prevent any further loss or misplacement as we don't store files permanently, once you receive the photos and videos, it's clients responsibility to keep them safe.
If shared online, they're on the cloud for 3 days. Make sure to transfer files as needed. We can't control future tech changes.

We'll be the exclusive photographers for the event, unless agreed upon in advance.
It's the client's responsibility to prevent interference with our work and not to ask us for any mobile photography.
We are not liable for any Backgrounds and lighting compromising conditions.
We will not be liable for compromised coverage due to factors like other cameras or flash, delays of the bride & groom, family members, weather, or venue restrictions.

The photographer will cover the dates, locations, and hours mentioned in the Agreement.
Extra travel or hours will be agreed upon and paid before delivering the products.

What we post on social media is completely up to us. The posted photos are selected based on: Background & Lighting. Makeup & Dress-up & Colour Palette. No request shall be accepted to post as per your preference.
The agency owner has the full right equivalent to the client on using photos for company purpose at any course of time.

On the day of 2nd installment All Raw data(Photos & Video clips) will be provided and client needs to choose the Album Photos with in 30 days of receiving. In case of client are giving their selected pictures with in time, we will process the products to be given with in 45 days. & if not done the selection of pictures with in time, delay in product delivery will not be our liability.
In case of full clearance of payment the delivery of the Color graded Photos will be delivered within 15 days.
We provide only the agreed-upon products. If you'd like additional items, payment is required before delivery. **Please note, home delivery is not guaranteed.

Client can select songs and soundtracks for videos. Video processing will be started after the selection of album/photos.
Client needs to give the song selection list within the 15 days after reception. If failed to do so we will edit video with our selected song. Once video created, no other changes can be made.
* This full process will be available upto 1 year from the reception date incase of failure to choose the photos till then only the edited video will be provided.
